At Calistos, every piece is crafted with exceptional care to ensure you receive nothing less than perfection. To maintain the highest standards of quality and service, we have the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Returns

 

• Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
• The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Exchanges

 

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• The item must be in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference).

 

Special Notes

 

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as accessories) may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• All items are carefully inspected before acceptance of a return or exchange.
