Shipping Time:Within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Delivery takes up to 48 hours from the time the order is dispatched.

Other governorates across Egypt: Delivery takes between 48 to 72 hours.

Pre-orders:Please allow up to 7 days for processing before your order is dispatched.Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Shipping Rates:Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order details and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping Address:Please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate before confirming your order. Ketano is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
